Corel's Painter Program

Presented by: Karl Wester

Karl Wester is a photo enthusiast, using computers to take his hobby to a new level. Born in Sweden and immigrated to the US in ’56. Karl spent 4 ½ years in the Air Force with two of them in Germany, where he caught the “Photo Bug”.

Painter works in much the same way as the brushes in PhotoShop with similar support for pressure sensitive tablets. However, Painter also tries to emulate the texture of traditional mediums and the effects of paint etc..
